This workshop is designed for couples exploring swinging — whether you're brand new or wanting to feel more confident stepping in together. It's an intimate, education-led experience where curiosity turns into clarity, and conversations strengthen your relationship, not complicate it.

This workshop is for couples who: * Are curious but don't know where to begin * Want to protect their relationship before diving in * Are navigating different levels of curiosity between partners * Want to build communication, trust, and confidence * Want a safe, respectful space to learn and ask questions
By the end of the night, you'll have: * A clear understanding of what the lifestyle actually involves * Tools to communicate openly and confidently with your partner * Awareness of boundaries, consent, and emotional safety * Insight into different dynamics (soft swap, full swap, social play, etc.) * Confidence to explore at your own pace
What we'll cover: Lifestyle foundations, couple communication, consent and etiquette, navigating nerves, emotional connection and aftercare, different dynamics, and how to approach events and other couples respectfully.

We entered this space with curiosity and quickly realised there was very little guidance on the emotional and communication side. This workshop exists to bridge that gap.
