One thing’s for sure judging by the response and interest to this post put up some time ago. The Perth swinging scene is happy as it is with a nudist club and part time swingers club to attend when there`s no in home parties on. That’s all cool and hope everyone enjoys that again for 2014 …. Can’t wait lol

The idea or concept is great. Actually getting it to fruition will be the fun part. Dealing with councils to get permission, getting a suitable venue to rent, or if your super flushed with funds..purchase a suitable property.There will be lots who like the idea but very few who will stick their hands in there pockets to fund such a club or to help create it. Just being brutally honest

Your comment is spot on in the area of getting two more financial couples. Lots of others with ideas but that`s that. The old saying goes, no guts, no glory ! This is a long term venture project with its fruits and returns based on that period. It is desperately in need of being developed. The legal side of things have been addressed and providing you follow the regulations and numerous stipulations everyone is happy and smiling to help So who wants to come on board ? Adults4play.

for a venue consider looking for an old church. Register yourselves as a religion. this probably will require the usual amount of bureaucratic paperwork. ,,, now being a religion its up to the followers and worshipers how they worship ;) At least all the worshipers will be consenting and over the age of 18 !!....or using minors to blow others up I do believe religious groups also get tax advantages in the purchase of property. could be a fun way to promote the group as well....its our Fucking religion !!! lol

HI saw your post and can’t help but wonder why there are not more swingers clubs in Perth to enjoy? Any chance you can give us an update on here as to how it’s going for you?? We may be interested to come on board as it sounds like fun and it certainly wouldn`t hurt having another club to explore. Councils and regulation can be bit fiddly to negotiate, but all can be done with time and money to comply in the right way to keep everyone smiling. Suppose it just depends on how much money in the end a venture like yours is going to cost. Then how much support you’re going to get from the swinging population out there in Perth who are prepared to support your club, pay the usual entrance fee and hopefully keep it going for you to make it a viable business. Any chance you can say more about it on here for all to consider further and how guest members can contact you? KEEP AT IT!!

Hi all thanks for your ongoing interest in this post and we hope the kind people of Redhotpie will place this update of our venture on the forum for all to view and think about as suggested by the lovely couple sweetlips4play whom we will be in contact with shortly once we update our membership. At present there is not a great deal to update on other than it is now going to be an“Adult Social Club” with BYO of cause, and not a “BYO Nightclub” as we first mentioned as there was just way to much hassle legally and location wise to bother going down that track. We are two couples who enjoy the Adult Lifestyle Scene wanting to meet two other suitable couples interested to join us in this venture who are financial, and also willing to assist taking part in the setting up and internal construction of such an establishment, plus when finished, being able to work partially during one week out of every month. The financial side investment required to be put in by each couple is an amount of what most people would spend on buying your average new family car. Not a great deal on its own, but sufficient when combined with all four couples to be able to secure a premises, and fit it out in a suitable appropriate manner that’s comfortable enough to be enjoyed as an “Adult Social Club” Obviously there are benefits to all couples involved that will be discussed in person in return for their investment and has to be looked at in the long term and not just a short crab for cash! At present we have a few locations south of the river near the freeway to place this venture that will be easy for people in the scene to find, but also secluded enough to enjoy ones privacy etc. Anyway we hope this info may inspire two more couples out there to message us and perhaps take the step to come on board, and help make this venture happen as think we all agree here that Western Australia needs more fun places for all to enjoy. I think two4play69 summed it up.Not only is there legal formality but time for individuals or couples to make this happen.Its conforting to see such events and functions tacking place over perth, this involves a lot of time like any club and needs support from members or patriots, so you have me behind you. lets enjoy

What legal formalities should organisers be aware of? If there is a location in a commercial zone area, not near any residential housing, can the gathering be treated as a private party? Ie. BYO drinks etc.

We are interested but would depend on the location of the club in order for it to be viable for us to jump on board ? When you say SOR are you talking Rockingham south or freo south ? We certainly my will have the time to assist in construction, design and running but very much dependent on location. Lee and jock

Hi all has been a while since we last updated this post so thought it time to add a little bit more. We`ve had some interest shown by a number of people, but no committed couples willing to put their hands in their pockets. So unfortunately nothing can progress until such time as we find couples who are willing to do that like us. So if you’re in the scene and looking for something to become a part of and enjoy the benefits and proceeds gained from such a venture over the long term period we would love to hear from you. We also would like to thank the people that have responded to us so far offering their help and expertise in various areas associated with putting a venture like this together and will keep you in mind if required when we get to that stage. Other than that please feel free to share the post and chat with your like minded friends about it, and let them know we`re still looking for committed interested couples willing to come on board with us in this venture, so we can continue the journey in developing the new south of the river club for all to come and enjoy.
