  Do you discuss connection and what it is you are looking for ? Not everyone on here is looking for that. Maybe being younger and with hook up culture is it possible they aren't thinking along those lines? I'm kind of in the mind that you attract what you put out. If you don't want that you might need to change your approach or have those conversations?

  Just learn to avoid the ones with little genuine self-worth. What you're describing is people with a distorted view of how to form any level of relationship and little understanding of what they have to offer. I've encountered many educated women with awareness, emotional maturity and an understanding of how to give and take. It's just a learning process.
