Sharing accomodation with swingers in Bali

September 19 2015

Was having a look at Facebook this morning right after you check what's happened on RHP overnight and found this story on Daily Mail about an unmarried couple arrested in Bali for sleeping in the same room. Puts a whole new light on taking any friends home with you or for that matter organising a whole group of people staying together for some fun. We have found the perfect accomodation, a private 4 bedroom, 3 bathroom villa in Nusa Dua that you can lock the staff out of (they do tend to come and go otherwise). We have planned a holiday there in January which will be of the vanilla variety unless we lose the kids for a bit but the thought has gone through our minds several times that it's the perfect villa for some adult entertaining and fun, just not so sure now after reading the Daily Mail clip. Wonder what the penalty would be for having sex with someone not your husband or wife much less found "sleeping" together. Hmmmmmm.....

It doesn't come into affect for atleast 2 years. They are proposing to change the laws but it has to get passed by parliament & lots of locals are not happy about it & will kill off the tourist industry - Posted from rhpmobile

Ummm any Muslim country should be treated with caution. Thailand would be better.....been there had a great time picking up for fun. Cambodia is another place that is great.....even Vietnam.

Actually Indonesia is not a Muslim country and Bali itself is of course predominantly Hindu. I have not read that particular story, but I find it very difficult to believe. When we have traveled to some of the conservative Muslim dominated areas of Indonesia there has been a different attitude though.
