  Depends for us. Sometimes I'm too busy, and hubby takes the lead and book us for all sorts of events 🙈🤣, other times he's not logging in for weeks. Im the one active in forums, but we're both equally active in messages and organising things.

  For us M is the organiser and F an enthusiastic participant. Largely due to work responsibilities (M from home F in Schools).

  I have been minister for communication, war and finance for many years. Panda will tell me what he wants to go to and if I agree I organise it. I have also booked accommodation for his solo play dates LOL. Bri

  I (Mrs) pretty much do most of the chatting, organising of meets and any events we attend. I do run it by Mr and he will jump on and reads through messages occasionally and play catch up and he will suss out events. But in saying that I have noticed if we are chatting to couples a lot of the guys do all the chatting and organising. I'm planner it comes naturally. Plus I'm extremely sociable and chatting. Online and in person.

  Here ,Mrs b is the posssenger princess she izzy mote used working and busier than me ,she mostly leaves it to me as long as the date is free and fits the criteria ,(not too much keeping a happy balance )she is mostly tell me where when with start finish times and finally is there dress code or stupid dress ups , all just to help with her planning her days

  We sound quite a bit like you, Mrs has always said that she is more than happy to keep things just between us, but I've always had the MFM kink, early on I mentioned the idea to her, she's a bit naughty and didn't mind the idea, and she seems to enjoy the extra attention, we've been enjoying the kink for a few years now. So basically, I (The Mr) make all the arrangements for playtimes, and she usually only ever asks for names and face photos. Seems to work pretty well for us, though I do understand your wifes concerns regarding body image, though my wife is absolutely magnificent, she does lack confidence in her body image, doesnt help that shes inundated with the 18 yo skinny minni's in media.... On the "More help" question... I'd love to have her being more pro active obviously, and she has initiated a few play dates, often organically in a pub or similar setting, but she rarely gets on here, if ever..... It's tough to arrange sometimes, but I'd suggest going the "Organic" route and maybe pic up a random at a pub together, sure is a bunch of fun when it all comes together!
