@Azdaja I understand the world we live in forces both parents to work full time in most cases, I wish that wasnt the case. The more time a family can spend together without the stresses of life, the healthier it is for everyone. I dont think anyone needs more than basic math unless their desired proffession calls for algebra or trigernomitry, which is easily added to relevant tertiary education, but hey its just a quick thought o havnt put time into creating a curriculum or anything..
Just trying to get people thinking, and shine a light on some major flaws in the education system. I didnt critique anyones intelligence their was no personal attack in anything I said. I only wanted to help people think about where some issues could be steming from.
Thank you for adding to the conversation.

@candlemass ... and who's definitions of Virtues?
You mean, e.g., chastity, temperance, not to covet thy neighbour's wife (sic), obedience, frugality, poverty, not to expose one's breasts, not to go out unless with a male relative, faith (i.e. belief without questions, reason or evidence) and/or ...?

@FiestyFatty No stress mate, would be nice if you contributed something, instead of jumping in with hollow attacķs.
But hey your adding to the irony at least. So cheers

@hot2nwild But why does gender need to be taken out of it? Why should it not be appreciated for the attributes our genders provide? The division happens if you let it for sure and that is the case with a lot of things but taking away gender, race, religion or anything else doesn’t fix the problem.
Men are more responsible for certain types of behaviour, as are women, no it doesn’t have to be a nasty battle of the sexes but, for example, if it was never pointed out that women get hormonal and it makes us crazy how would we ever know and think to fix it? If men don’t know that women are put off by piggish behaviour how will they know to improve?
These are generalised behaviours from both sides, you can call it a battle or you can call it useful information.
The issues I have with the opposite sex we’re not taught to me in school, are genuine and they’ve arisen from the way I’ve been treated by them as an adult, I’m sure it’s no different for most men so what do we have to lose by highlighting these things? Maybe more of us will learn from them and make a bit more effort to work together in a way that can benefit both sexes.
Nasty attacks are always horrible and unnecessary but the battle of the sexes itself can be a great learning tool for those who are willing to listen and learn.
I think if anything the battle of the sexes should be learned about in school so we’re not all dumped in the deep end as young adults, if we knew how to better protect ourselves against the various forms of manipulation that come from the opposite sex because they want to mate with us we’d probably all be much better and happier people.

@hot2nwild I get what you mean more clearly now, I’ve been annoyed by such comments in my time too, like saying “typical asian” when they drive badly because they have a reputation for driving badly, it’s not ok and I try not to do things like that but it does take education, or reprogramming might be a better word. How dare you bring light to such downfalls though, who do you even think you are? 😂

Goes beyond responsibility of upbringing/parenting.
We can do the right thing at home but out in the big wide world our leaders, unfortunately majority of men, bring it undone at the seams and give our young and impressionable their wholly fucked up views. Point in token, religion and gender and sexuality.
Unless we live on a desert island and are shielded by isolation, our children will see it isn't our leaders priority to stop sexual harrasment, to stop bigotry, to stop discrimination of gender diversity, to stop institutions such as churches shunning those that don't conform to their outdated dribble.
So you can wish for the Garden of Eden but human kind is locked in a world of persecution and war

@candlemass Only basic more natural things like human decency, kindness, compation, understanding etc. Definitely not anything religious, there is no organization in history that has done more atrocities, and destruction than certain religions have.. Thats a whole different shit storm of a topic 😬

@Rising_Phoenix Battle of the Sexes was a little tongue in cheek, I was going to call it A punch in the dick and a kick in the Cunt, but wasnt sure if the humour would have shone through possible offences to the word use..
I agree with you, I never intended people to think we cant be different, I only intended to bring to light the generalized hate that can tarnish people who dont deserve it in either gender. I think a lot of bad behaviour by males especially could be stopped if there was a comprehensive sexual education before everyone hits puberty.. There are a lot of insecurites, and agressive behaviours that come from that subject alone.. Of course theres biology to contend with but we should be mentally strong enough to not be a passenger to our own urges, if we had a real understanding before we even got these hormones..

@AnnieWhichway Totally agree, I still like to believe in the possibility we can change the world. It wasnt healthy when I gave up on the idea. Too much to say and no point in saying it, is an ugly place to dwell.. 🥺

@hot2nwild The irony of some douches rant that he waywardly posted on a public forum? He who gives parenting advice (nay, warnings) to actual genuine parents when he himself and said girlfriend aren't parents?? Is that the irony??? Or does the irony lie in the fact you can barely spell, string a sentence together (evidenced by subsequent responses) and are a childless couple giving the most cringeworthy, obscene, laughable advice on how we should parent and educate our progeny?l Your post was laughable and offensive. Simple as that. And any educated, productive, self aware adult on the planet reading it would agree. Your education is clearly lacking and I'll happily continue paying X amount of dollars for my brood to learn reading, writing, algebra in lieu of the Crap you've listed. Why? Because I'm trying to raise useful, productive humans not wastes of space
I second, third and fourth and the proclamation.... "don't have children"
