6 Packs On Girls?

August 24 2012

Just out of general curiosity I wanted to find out people’s options on girls that have 6 packs. When I say 6 pack I don’t mean over the top body builder women who are on steroids. I mean a nice just defined 6 pack. The reason I’m asking is because I have just started to show my own 6 pack (just the beginnings of) and me and my female friends where having a massive argument over it. I think women who are fit look hot! Again I don’t mean women that go over the top body builder types but women that you can tell just by looking at them that they are healthy, fit and go to the gym to keep in shape. Since I have started to get fit I have noticed I appreciate the hard work people put into looking good. I never use to and I use to think fit women where “skinny b*****s” basically because I was jealous, yes I’ll admit it! Lol My female friends argue that it looks unnatural and ugly to which I of course disagree. So I wanted to find out other male/female perspectives on this topic. Taby x.

Personally, I think a little bit deffiniton is good but i'm not a fan of extreemly lean women. A little curve is easy on the eye.... i guess it depends on how much it stands out.

Hey there Senorita Taby   In my humble opinion, if you wish to tone up for the right reasons, then go ahead. Whilst I am not into muscled-up women, I really like toned-up women with definition on their bodies. So if a six-pack does it for you, well just do it for a while. In time to come, you may find your interest in this level of fitness or body shape may change, or may like what you have become.   For now, don't worry about your other girl friends' views on this topic. It's just their opinions? If you still look feminine and fit, then go for it! A six pack built up in the right proportions can look good too. You may even find that some guys may like your look with strong abdominals.   I always say that beauty is in the eye of the be-holder, so some people will like a six pack on a woman, and some will not.....that is life.   Keep smiling..... G.

Ab definition is the hottest feature of a well cared for body, it doesn't matter if the body belongs to a guy or a girl:) Keep up the crunching!

fit chick are hot! Although six packs may not be attractive on all women. Anyway doesn't matter what I say because attractiveness is in the eye of the beholder. If everyone was only attracted to six packs, what a boring world it would be + I (Mr Lets) wouldn't get any action. I make up for my lack of a six pack with my sparkling personality ;)

Taby!I'm a Personal Trainer myself, I'd say I've pretty much nearly seen it all. The thing with "Abs" on females is, women and men already have abdominal muscles, and the definition! We just have layers of fat and flesh lying over it! With the right training and food habits, you can rid of your muscle. For those saying it's unhealthy etc, it's better to lose the fat around your organs than keep it! Any female that wants to better her figure, even slightly. I hi5 her, because Females need to realise "Body Building" isn't just for men! It's why Women have figure building, a whole new category. Even if you're not looking at competing, "6 packs" on women are hot as hell! Just when you start to out do your guy, then it may not be so attractive.Find what you like, and what works best for you! Remember, it's your body not theirs!

My ex had a defined 6 pack (shes 43) and I used to drool over her.Even tried to marry her but her obsession with being attractive did not lend toa relationship ... Looks are not everything ! Faithful .. is one thing, honest is another. I demand the later ! The former is negotiable by contract !G

Women are competitive. They will drag you down if they can't beat you. It's called bitchy and it's never cool to put someone down, so brush it off and tell them so.G

And commitment...I have to respect a lady with abs. I train daily and eat well. Fitness for me is, after a series of bad choices, now a way of life. I love the female figure, both the volumptuous curves, and the toned tummies. I personally find a lightly defined set of abs on a women a beautiful thing. It shows dedication to achieve, which I find quite inspiring. Sadly, my own abs keep disappearing because I am not as dedicated as you are señorita. Well done though. Very cool

healthy is sexy.....regardless of how you look at it. a six pack on a gal is just an added bonus. a healthy body is a sure sign that you not only like what you have, but also that you respect it.......you'll appreciate being strong and healthy whan it comes time to carry a child thru pregnancy and beyond...my wife has seen the benefits, and 3 children later, has the torso of a woman many years her junior.............

Well i just wanted to say that I go to the gym almost 5 days a week and do like that i have gotten some muscle tone now. I was a size 22 and now a size 16. I have a look at the ladies and men at the gym and see all different ages and sizes. For me I think muscle tone is great but still with some softness in both men and especially women. Good on you for working so hard but u could do with a little softness, but just my opinion its yours that counts anyway.

Quoting 'senorita_taby' Interesting. Ok so I just want to get one thing straight because as some have already hinted at… and I know it’s going to come up at some stage (it always does). I do not starve myself or over exercise. I eat 3-5 healthy meals a day (lots of veggies, fruit, salad, lean meats, eggs and seafood). I go to the gym 3 times a week (weights) and on the other 3/4 days I go for a 3km run. @tuscanred – that wasn’t very nice. So you think I’ll have a "bigger problem" down the road if what you’re referring to is me being too skinny. I am working on building muscle not losing more weight. I just wanted to clear this little fact up before someone accuses me of being anorexic. Also I’m not looking for men so sucking up doesn’t work. Those muscles are never the same once you have had children not matter what you do...An interesting note on a study i read on body shapes, a whopping 72% of men desire unconsciously that is the Pear shaped abdomen and hour glass hips of a woman...... that only child birth can bring

This is personal taste, and nothing more! My partners nearly always have a belly. I love bellies. You can rest on them, caress them, kiss them, run your hands over them...they are just another part to enjoy and play with. And the one time I went to bed with a girl who worked out excessively, I got to her tummy and had no idea what to do. It was beautifully toned and flat.. lovely to gaze at, but to me it was like discovering a child's playground that only had one single pole in the middle to climb up and nothing else. Wish I didn't have one though. Too many cakes in this world.

You should be proud of your six-pack. A lot of work goes into developing the abdominal region. Course for horses.

I think you look stunning any more weight loss would not be so hot I like curves or shape, so abs yes as long as you have ass and breasts, to flat and skinny is not attractive My opinion anyway

So I exercise 5 days a week for 2 reasons. The first is because I work in an office and sit on my bum all day. The second is because I believe if I look after my body when I am young I will see the benefits when I am older.   As a result I have a 6 pack. I eat at least 1800 calories a day, I drink socially and I enjoy life. A 6 pack is just a result of all the hard work in the gym.   In my experience both guys and girls love it. But my social circle is limited to fitness inclined people.   I also have well defined quads from doing squats/leg press - Masculine? Maybe... but who cares what anyone else thinks!
