  I have an Apadrvya(google will help). 20 odd years now, Long healing process unfortunately. I've never had major complaints during sex, some partners absolutely love it, some unfazed either way. It has made head awkward for some but adjustments were made. It's never broken a condom to date. Personally, I'm very wary around anal sex for obvious reasons. My personal experience concerning pleasure is enjoyable. I can definitely feel it and some times the pleasure/pain thing is great if that's what floats your boat. On top of all that, it makes for interesting conversations if hanging with the right people. Hope this helps.
