I'd second the "nicer toilet facilities", when they're a bit seedy looking it is very jarring from the rest of the experience at a club. I'd be wary of having "reserved" major features of the club e.g. a main spa, or a themed room - I'd think you're better of having the whole place be hired vs main features (or if they are hired, a reduced entry)

Warning there is no guest list... It's like a club where people turn up on The night. CC does not allow single men in on Fri or Sat night so there is no abundance of men. Not sure If the OP is proposing the same. At CC there maybe 20 people there or there may be 120 people there. Each night is different.

At this stage the membership will get you cheaper entry. There will be single guys allowed but only on Fridays. And yes!! There is a dungeon. The owner has an interest in this stuff and so does my wife so this feature is personal :-) Check out a few more details on the Events tab. We both agree not allow runners with jeans, pet hate. Guys, stay classy. Loving the things you want though, very helpful. Only way to make it the club you want.

It's funny how wet spots are an issue for some people. I could just roll all around until I'm in one and thank myself lucky! None the less, I've heard people complain at some of the other venues in Sydney. In one, in particular, I know women who will only cruise if they can still wear their Dunlop collies. Hehe. Complaints are heard especially when in the company of some of the main culprits of these wet patches. Go figure! Squirt ears! So.... More fluffy towels. Sex tourism is a hobby of ours! We travel a lot and like to visit clubs in different cities so seen lots of things that do and don't work. Whether people like it or not, you need to limit numbers of single men, apart from special theme nights. Clubs that get desperate for business open up their doors to anyone for money but in the long run don't last. Some thing that is really hard to monitor but is a major turn off, is when a guy brings a hooker.. It's usually obvious to everyone else. Someone's suggestion of discount to couples with same address is a good one. As a couple who travels, a weekend package price would appeal to us where we could visit two-three times over the weekend, it would stop us going and checking out a different venue on another night. - Posted from rhpmobile

Well what is the cost of membership, does your friend have a budget and have they done their research. If you have lockers, membership gets a locker and a private key that the member can keep.Are they licensed or BYO as discounts at the bar is obvious.How they manage the private rooms with members having prioritized access and time allotments.Have members only areas and facilitiesDiscounts for private functions and general access.Monthly news letter a must.Priority entrance, nothing worse than standing in line.Bumper stickers for members and other merchandise.Members only nights.Free entry every so many nights.If you have private parking, priority parking. In the end the point of memberships is to increase your profit. As you are a new club offering special discount memberships to early patrons can be very beneficial to the business growth. Also membership is an excellent way to track participation patterns. It is difficult to balance profit against customer needs, if indeed this is a business or just a philanthropic venture.

I'm part of a couple who is interested in trying this new club. It looks like it could be great. (Time will tell.) But just saw this on their site: "If there are 15 couples and 1 single female in the venue then only 8 single men will be permitted entry (16 females = 8 single males)." That means there will be 24 men to 16 women... and given how "grabby" some guys get in clubs, I don't know... To me, that feels like too many guys. Or, for most of you, is that the point? What do the rest of you think?
